New Fellow: Katharina Hoppe

In April and May, Dr. Katharina Hoppe will be a fellow at the Humanities Centre. Katharina Hoppe has been a research associate at the Institute of Sociology at Goethe University Frankfurt since 2014. She studied sociology, economics, and economic and social history in Aachen, Frankfurt am Main, and Milwaukee. In 2020, she received her doctorate in Frankfurt am Main with a thesis on Donna Haraway's work. Her research interests are located at the intersections of sociological theory, feminist critique of science, and the intersectional sociology of social inequality, with a particular focus on ecological crisis dynamics.
