Benno Fladvad as Fellow at the IASS (Potsdam)

Dr. Benno Fladvad, Research Associate at the DFG Humanities Centre for Advanced Studies "Futures of Sustainability", is a Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Sustainablity Studies (IASS) in Potsdam since 15 August 2022.

At the IASS, he is working on the equity dimensions of the European Hydrogen Transition and will focus on local and regional processes, for example in Northern Europe. Among other things, he is interested in the extent to which different actors and affected groups participate in the planning of the transition to climate-neutral and green hydrogen and which local impacts and conflicts arise from the expansion of hydrogen infrastructures.

The fellowship is linked to the IASS Focal Topic 2022 "Justice in Sustainability".
