"I work on various aspects of the climate crisis, currently focusing on the political economy as well as the psychic dimensions of the emerging overshoot conjuncture, when the 1.5 degrees threshold is about to be crossed and the dominant classes responsible for this mess have to manage the fallout in some other way: by adaptation, carbon dioxide removal and/or solar geoengineering. What is driving us into this abyss? Is there a way to get out of it? Do these three alternatives to mitigation have any chance of working? What struggles are in store for the climate movement? These are some of the questions preoccupying me for the moment."
