New Fellow: Anita Engels

Anita Engels usually adopts a sociological macro perspective on societal dynamics that enable or hinder the transformation toward a net-zero-carbon-emissions society, including power relations and inequalities. She looks at the interactions between different types of actors (companies, city administrations) and their political, legal, economic and cultural environments. She dedicates this fellowship to identifying ways of organizing such a transformation.
